From the archives: Owlpost subscription box

This is such a delight for me to write this post down, and I am grinning widely. Monthly subscription boxes are not a new thing at all and have been a rage for the past couple of years, especially in the beauty world. But here in this part of the world, such services have not been introduced. So, to my absolute excitement when I came across this new service launching, to say I was over the moon would be an understatement. But this is not your average beauty box, BUT this subscription box is for the geeks. Yes! Finally, the Book Heaven is raining down on us. 

Serendipity

As an art enthusiast who's always been drawn to creative expression in all its forms, I never quite imagined I’d one day pick up oil paints. And yet, Serendipity happened. Fittingly named, it’s my very first oil painting, and the experience was just that: a happy, unplanned discovery.

I’m a self-taught, amateur artist (if I may be so bold as to use that label), and diving into oil painting was a mix of curiosity, fear, and childlike excitement. I stumbled upon a reference image in the vast, never-ending world of the internet, and something about it sparked a need to recreate it — my way.
